Our standard production time is 4-6 weeks. This includes the initial fitting, the creation of your custom suit, and any necessary alterations. For full bespoke suits, production time is 6-8 weeks.

We require full payment upfront for all orders. We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash. If you have any questions regarding payment, feel free to contact us.

We understand that sometimes time is of the essence. If you need your suit sooner, we offer expedited services for an additional fee, subject to fabric availability. Please contact us directly to discuss rush options and timelines.

Once your custom suit is complete, we offer a second fitting to ensure it fits perfectly. Any necessary alterations are included and completed within a week. We maintain your measurements in our system for easy future reorders.

Due to the bespoke nature of our suits, all sales are final once production begins. If there is a defect or error with your suit, we will assess the issue, and at our discretion, remake the garment at no extra cost. Our priority is ensuring you receive a suit that meets our high standards of craftsmanship and fit. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out, and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

For clients outside Oregon, we offer free shipping on all orders. If needed, we’ll also assist with a virtual fitting to ensure your suit fits perfectly once it arrives.
